Northside hosts Sunday morning services at Twin Pines Nursing Home at 9:00 am each week.  With lively hymns at the piano and traditional Bible lessons, you can help escort residents to and from the chapel for worship.  They always enjoy a friendly smile.
 
Serve with the Joy Connection Sunday morning Bible study group at Greatwood Homes of Victoria assisted living center.  One day each week you can socialize and play games as you interact with residents and other seniors.

We want people who visit our campus to always experience a friendly face and a welcoming spirit.  If you enjoy interacting with others, you can provide a very important presence to ensure first impressions of Northside are consistently pleasant and helpful.  Whether directing cars in the parking lot or helping people in the HUB or greeting guests at the doors or guiding newcomers in the hallways or connecting with the curious in the foyer at the Connect Center, we have a place for you that perfectly matches who God created you to be.  Contact us, and we’ll be happy to place you according to your interests and giftedness.  Don’t miss an opportunity to serve God by serving others as they begin their journey with us.

There are so many ways to serve in our children's ministry. Adults are encouraged to invest in these young lives who are beginning their journey.  From teaching to assisting, nurturing and connecting with children from infants through 5th grade, areas include: welcoming families or helping in extended care or Kidz Worship on Sunday mornings or serving with Awana on Wednesday evenings or at special events. If you are an adult or a parent of a middle or high school student and would like to invest in students, we would love to hear from you. Service ranges from filling cups with ice or playing ping pong, guest speaking on Friend Night or sponsoring on weekends and at special events and even just hanging out with students in the Game Room on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. 

Have an ear for sound or a bent for tech?  For those who prefer the technical side of worship, we have opportunities behind the scenes to foster the worship experience.  From lights to the sound board or capturing video, we’re always looking for individuals to facilitate these essential functions, and we’re eager to train those who are interested in sharpening these skills.  You may not be preaching from the platform or singing from the stage, but without sacrificial servants like you, the services wouldn’t be seen or heard live or online. 

There are many opportunities to serve right here in our community. We have a number of Ministry Teams that focus on special projects around Victoria like home repairs and yard work to simple clean up for those needing assistance.
