Leadership

At Northside, we believe in shared ministry where all people have a role to play, and no one is more important than the other.  It is the entire congregation of Northside who ministers, not just a select few, and the staff team exists to help facilitate and equip people to serve and share Christ in the fullest way possible.  We journey together as we minister together.
