There are different types of Groups to assist you on the journey of becoming all that God intends you to be. Each type of group has strengths, and depending on the season of life you find yourself in, one may be a better fit than others.
These groups are designed for all ages...Children...Students...and Adults. You can find out more about our Children and Students on their pages of this website. Northside GroupLife for adults consists of young adults entering college-life through Senior Adults. You'll find groups for men, women, couples, singles, students, and children to connect God and each other through Scripture. At Northside, we center our lives around Christ as revealed in Scripture, and view it as our blueprint for life. If you attend a Sunday School Group, you will survey the entire Bible across a five year period...Think of a helicopter view of the Old and New Testament.
Journey Groups meet throughout the week at Northside. The majority meet on Sunday evenings from 5-6:30pm on the campus of Northside. If Sunday evenings don't fit your schedule, check out the Journey Groups that meet throughout the week in various locations. Journey Groups run in Semesters: Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer. Curriculum varies from semester to semester. See our current 2019 Winter Journey Groups & Sunday Evening Services Here.
In the Fall of 2015 we added Support Groups to the arsenal of Northside GroupLife. If you, a family member, or a friend has been diagnosed with cancer, you may want to consider contacting OUR JOURNEY OF HOPE cancer support ministry at Northside. Veteran Cancer Survivors will walk with you on your journey. They can tell you about their experience and share practical encouragement they found when they were diagnosed. Most importantly, you'll make friends with people who really "know what you are going through." Interested in starting a specific support group that fits into the culture of Northside? If so, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Northside also has a Celebrate Recovery Program that meets every Tuesday evening. If you find yourself struggling with a hurt, habit or hang up that is hindering you in becoming all that God intends you to be, CR is a great place to get the encouragement and the tools that you need to regain momentum on the journey in Christ-likeness.
Tell us about yourself, and we'll assist you in finding a group that's the right fit for you.
